Oven Roasted Parm Corn on the Cobb
5 ears of corn on the cobb (husks and silk removed)
1/2 C mayo
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400
Cut 5 squares of aluminum foil; 1 1/2 times the size of ears of corn; place each piece of corn in the center of foil
Stir mayo, parm cheese, chili powder, ground black pepper and fresh parsley together ina bowl until paste is formed.
Rub paste on each ear of corn until well coated, wrap in foil (be sure that all the ends are sealed well to prevent leaks!)--- place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, turn, bake for another 10!
