Fruity Salsa w/ Baked Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients for fruit salsa:

2 Kiwi's peeled and diced

2 golden delicious apples- peeled, cored and diced

8 oz Raspberries

1 16oz carton of strawberries--diced

2 tbsp white sugar

1 tbsp brown sugar

3 tbsp fruit preserves (strawberry is the best option here; if you choose to use strawberry, only use 2 tbsp. Anything else, use 3!)

Cinnamon chips:

10, 10 inch tortillas

melted butter or butter flavored cooking spray (its easier to use melted butter)

Cinnamon sugar (you can buy this already premixed or do it yourself)

1 cup white sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon

Okay, here we go with the fun stuff!

-In a large bowl mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and let it chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350

-Coat one side of each tortilla w/ melted butter or spray it if you're using spray. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar mixture THEN cut them into wedges (don't do this first! You'll regret it!) place them on a single layer, BIG, cookie sheet.

-Bake them in your preheated oven 8-10 minutes, repeat this step until you run out of tortillas to bake

-Allow to cool for about 15 minutes, grab the "salsa" out of the fridge and get to dippin!

FYI- this is MUCH better if its made and eaten the same day, cut up fruit gives off way too much juice and makes it runny. Eww.
